Jana Davidoff – Director of Programming & Talent

Jana Davidoff has joined the 567 Team as Director of Programming & Talent.  Dance and Theatre have always been passions for Jana ever since she played Dorothy #3 in her Kindergarten production of The Wizard of Oz.  Originally from New York, Jana studied theatre and dance at a young age.  She always performed in school and camp productions and performed in Summer Stock in NY as well.  Jana was also Captain of her High School Dance Team, leading the team to a first-place victory in the then-iconic Columbus Day Parade in New York City.

Jana obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, where she dual-majored in Theatre and Economics.  At college, she not only performed in productions, but she also produced and directed shows, as well as managed a band.  After college, she moved to LA and immediately began working in the entertainment industry.  She worked at several major studios, including Universal Studios and Paramount Pictures, and is now CEO and Founder of Rhapsody PR, a public relations firm representing Creative Artists.  With over 18 years of publicity experience, Jana works with clients on campaigns for television, film, and Broadway, and many of her clients have won prestigious awards, including Emmy Awards.

Jana continues to follow her passion for dance fitness with certifications in several different programs.  She taught at the iconic Richard Simmons studio in Beverly Hills and Crunch Fitness in West Hollywood.  Jana started taking 567BROADWAY! in 2017.  Between Joseph’s energy, the music, the people, and the costumes, she instantly fell in love with the class.  She is now a certified 567 Instructor and is thrilled to teach 567BROADWAY! and 567HOLLYWOOD!

Jana recently added her newest role of mother, giving birth to her daughter Skylar in December 2022, the latest member of the 567BROADWAY! family!

Gail Friedland – Stage Manager

Gail Friedland has joined the 567Broadway team as Stage Manager. From a young age, Gail has always been interested in dance, theater, and entertainment. As a child growing up in Massachusetts, she loved taking ballet, tap, and jazz classes, and she performed in the Albany Berkshire Ballet's Nutcracker three years in a row. While attending Emerson College in Boston, Gail continued exploring her passion for entertainment by acting in student films, performing at an Egyptian themed escape room, and doing voiceover work and promotional events for Radio Disney. (If you went to any Massachusetts malls in the Summer of 2007, chances are Gail was there to teach you a dance from High School Musical 2!)

After earning her bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Gail eventually moved to California to live out her Hollywood dreams. Soon after, while interning at the daytime talk show The Doctors, Gail made her national television debut playing “Twitter Room Correspondent,” and she knew she had made it! In the following years, Gail honed her marketing skills while working in sales at MarVista Entertainment, creating taglines for films, managing social media, and organizing events. She also honed her acting skills studying at Beverly Hills Playhouse, UCB, and Stan Kirsch Studios. Gail has appeared in numerous commercials, including Yahoo Sports, Oikos Yogurt, and eHarmony, as well as a few television shows, including My Crazy Ex on Lifetime Movie Network.

However, Gail’s life in California was greatly lacking in dance until 2016, when she attended her first 567Broadway class. She loved absolutely everything about the program - the music, the costumes, the amazing Joseph Corella - and she quickly became a regular. In 2018, Gail took on the role of Dance Captain in the 567Broadway workout video, and in 2020 she became a Certified Instructor. Now, as 567Broadway’s Stage Manager, Gail uses her extensive knowledge of the 567Broadway program to help guide new instructors, assist in the management of the Online Instructor Studio, choreograph new dances, and much more. As Stage Manager, she indeed does it all!
